We use the Austin tap water on the all our tanks and keep the temperature always above 82 degrees. The PH in breeding tanks is maintained about 6.0. PH on all other tanks is about 7.0.
We ship to the continental US only using UPS next day air.

We guarantee the fish will arrive alive. In case you have a DOA we require photographs showing the deceased fish in their unopened shipping bag and removed from the bag within one hour of the delivery. In addition any delay in delivery beyond our control will void this guarantee (Carrier Delays and Weather delays included). Refund or store credit may be given for any DOA fish covered by this warranty and it is your decision . Shipping costs will not be refunded. If an exchange for another fish of equal value is preferred, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of that fish.
