We  ship live fish to the continental US only, using UPS next day air.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE 

Austin Texas Discus Guarantee
We guarantee that all fish will arrive alive and healthy. In the event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the following is required for a claim:

Provide clear photographs showing all deceased fish inside the unopened shipping bag and after being removed from the bag, taken within one hour of the first delivery attempt.

For claims involving multiple fish, please also provide a 15-second video showing the fish in a container of water so we can confirm there are no signs of life.

You must be present during delivery on the first attempt in order to receive a refund or replacement. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition any delay in delivery beyond our control will void this guarantee (Carrier Delays, Labor, and Weather delays included). If a package is refused or returned for any reason then this will void our guarantee.

 If an exchange for another fish of equal value is preferred, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs of that fish. No refunds will be given for shipping cost. We are only assisting you in the purchase of the shipping label from the carrier and it is not a service we provide, you are paying the carrier for shipping.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as fish, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON LIVE FISH.
